Katya was wonderful to deal with. My item was received several weeks ahead of the estimated shipping time. The disc that is sent with the cream separator did not work. Very happy with the cream separator . . . very easy to assemble, use & clean. We've used it to make the cream in different thicknesses but I use it for my coffee every day & I LOVE IT!!
This is a great cream separator! I took it apart and looked at the user manual that comes with it and identified each part. The first use went very smoothly. Your milk needs to be fresh from the cow. ( or warmed back up.) It's super easy to clean. I highly recommend it for a cow dairy and I imagine it would work with goat milk also
